• Not upload, share, or distribute:

• Illegal content
• Malware or malicious code
• Personal data of others without consent
• Anything that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights
• Content you don't have the legal right to store or share

You are fully responsible for all files you upload, download, or share using the Service.

3. File Storage and Sharing

We do not claim ownership of your files, but you grant us a license to store, transmit, and display them as needed to operate the Service.

• You are solely responsible for setting access permissions on shared content
• Files may be removed if they violate these Terms or the law
• We do not guarantee the integrity, availability, or confidentiality of your files. Use at your own risk.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

• Engage in unlawful behavior
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system
• Reverse engineer or tamper with the Service
• Circumvent storage, access, or usage limits

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account, and potential legal action.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ends immediately
• Your data may be deleted or retained per our Privacy Policy

We are not liable for loss of access or data after termination.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• DATA SECURITY OR ACCURACY
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE

We are not liable for any data loss, unauthorized access, downtime, or any other issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AceImg from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms. If you don't agree, stop using the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.
